Booking & Confirmation

A reservation for the Galeon 400 Fly is confirmed once a signed charter agreement and a 50% deposit are received. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to departure.

By confirming a reservation, guests agree to all terms, safety rules, and instructions provided by the captain.

Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure your charter date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a clear and transparent cancellation policy:

  • 14+ days before your charter – full refund
  • 7–13 days before – 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days – non-refundable

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Failure to arrive on time (no-show) will be treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable.
No refunds are issued for early returns or unused charter time.

Weather Policy

Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the decision to cancel or reschedule rests solely with the captain.

If a charter is canceled due to weather, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Timing & Delays

Charters begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time without refund.

Onboard Policy

Alcohol is permitted in moderation. The captain reserves the right to limit or refuse service for safety reasons. Guests are responsible for the condition of the yacht during the charter. 

Additional Terms

The charter may be terminated without refund in cases of:

  • unsafe behavior
  • violation of maritime laws
  • failure to follow the captain’s instructions
