To reserve the Galeon 40 Fly, a booking request and signed charter agreement are required. A deposit is needed to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to departure. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.
Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount and payment terms are clearly outlined in the charter agreement. Deposits are applied toward the total charter cost.
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to departure to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items. The security deposit is fully refunded after the charter, provided no damage or additional charges occur.

Cancellation terms depend on the notice provided before the scheduled charter. Deposits may be non-refundable for last-minute cancellations. Full cancellation details are outlined in the charter agreement provided at booking.
Safety is the top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, the charter may be rescheduled or canceled. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or refund in accordance with the charter agreement.
The maximum number of guests is determined by U.S. Coast Guard regulations and the yacht’s certification. Guest limits will be confirmed during booking.
No. The Galeon 40 Fly is operated exclusively by a licensed professional captain. No boating experience or license is required from guests.
Yes. Guests may bring their own food and beverages. Please note that food and catering services are not included in the charter price.
Alcohol is permitted for guests of legal drinking age. Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the charter without refund.
Yes. Children are welcome. Life jackets are provided, and adult supervision is required at all times.
Gratuity is not included. Tipping the captain is customary and appreciated, typically 15–20%, based on service and experience.

Guests are responsible for the yacht during the charter period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit.
