Booking & Cancellation Policy
A reservation for the Galeon 40 Fly is confirmed once a signed charter agreement and the required deposit are received. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to departure.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the charter agreement. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to comply with all policies, safety rules, and instructions provided by the captain.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure the selected charter date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation. Full payment is required before departure unless otherwise specified in writing.
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to departure to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items. The security deposit will be refunded after the charter provided no additional charges apply.
Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the cancellation terms stated in the charter agreement. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of all payments made. No refunds are issued for early returns or unused charter time.
Weather Policy
Safety is the highest priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the decision to cancel or reschedule the charter rests solely with the captain. If a charter is canceled due to weather, guests may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund in accordance with the charter agreement.
Refunds
All refunds, if applicable, are processed strictly in accordance with the terms outlined in the charter agreement. Refund eligibility depends on the reason for cancellation and the notice provided.
Additional Terms
Guests are responsible for the condition of the yacht during the charter period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the security deposit. The charter may be terminated without refund if unsafe behavior, violation of maritime laws, or failure to follow the captain’s instructions occurs.
