To reserve the Galeon 400 Fly, a booking request and signed charter agreement are required. A deposit is needed to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to departure. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.

Our charters depart from the Naples / Bonita Springs area (Southwest Florida).
Exact marina details and directions are provided after booking for privacy and convenience.

Naples is famous for its spectacular Gulf sunsets. The best sunset cruises typically depart 60 minutes before local sunset time, giving you time to cruise to the perfect viewing spot and enjoy the full show. Contact us and we’ll plan around the perfect sunset time for your date.

Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount and payment terms are clearly outlined in the charter agreement. Deposits are applied toward the total charter cost.

The charter price does not include:

  • Food or catering

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Gratuity for the captain

  • Optional add-ons or special requests

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks onboard.

We offer a transparent and fair cancellation policy:

  • 14+ days before your charter – full refund
  • 7–13 days before – 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days – non-refundable

In case of unsafe weather conditions, we will reschedule your charter or provide a full refund.

Safety is the top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, the charter may be rescheduled or canceled. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or refund in accordance with the charter agreement.

We accommodate up to 6 guests per charter, ensuring a comfortable and private experience for your group.

No. The Galeon 40 Fly is operated exclusively by a licensed professional captain. No boating experience or license is required from guests.

We recommend keeping it comfortable and simple:

  • Flat, non-marking shoes (or barefoot onboard)
  • Swimwear (for half-day/full-day charters)
  • Sunscreen & sunglasses
  • Towels
  • Valid ID (if you plan to consume alcohol)

You’re welcome to bring light snacks and beverages to enjoy during your charter.

Yes — our yacht features a spacious swim platform, making it easy and comfortable to access the water.

Swimming is typically available during half-day and full-day charters, when we have time to anchor in calm, scenic areas. For shorter sunset cruises, the focus is usually on cruising and enjoying the views.

Yes. Guests may bring their own food and beverages. Please note that food and catering services are not included in the charter price.

Alcohol is permitted for guests of legal drinking age. Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the charter without refund.

Yes – the yacht is equipped with air conditioning in the main salon, providing a cool and comfortable space to relax, especially during warmer Florida days.

Yes. Children are welcome. Life jackets are provided, and adult supervision is required at all times.

Gratuity is not included. Tipping the captain is customary and appreciated, typically 15–20%, based on service and experience.

We recommend bringing:

Guests are responsible for the yacht during the charter period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit.

Yes. One stateroom is available for guest use during 4-hour and 8-hour charters.

Most of our charters take place in relatively calm waters, and we plan routes with comfort in mind.

If you’re prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance. The yacht also offers comfortable seating and shaded areas, so you can relax if needed.
